ITIL Training
The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world.
ITIL is a best-practice framework that has been collated from the public and private sectors internationally. It describes how IT resources should be organised to deliver best value by documenting the processes, functions and roles of IT service management (ITSM).
Nexus provides official ITIL service management training and consulting services to help organisations adopt the skills needed to make use of this established service management framework.
We work closely with our partner QA Training to offer service management professionals, who are the very voice of experience: each has a minimum of 10 years’ hands-on service management and training experience. Several of QA’s lecturers and consultants also hold senior positions in various service management-related organisations and are ideally placed to provide clients with up-to-date knowledge and advice on service management implementation, growth and improvement.
With ITIL comes a new qualification scheme based on accruing credits for each course you take.
The ITIL Service Management Practices Qualifications Scheme (PDF 1.01MB) brochure explains the credit system and the appropriate courses needed to gain all related qualifications. Please take the time to read this before deciding on the appropriate qualification path.
