The Nexus Team Continues to Expand
Nexus are pleased to welcome three additional employees to the team taking the total number of employees at Nexus to forty seven. The new positions will help meet the growing needs of our customers and ensure we maintain high standards of service.

Paul Dowsing - Systems Engineer
Paul started his career in the Royal Corps of Signals including deployments in Germany, the Gulf and Bosnia. After re-training, Paul has gained extensive experience in IT with some impressive companies including GEC Marconi, Nortel Networks and First Group.
Recently Paul has spent some time working for a local IT Reseller and now joins Nexus to develop and consolidate his IT career further. Paul specialises in Microsoft technologies and holds a number of Microsoft technical qualifications. His skills and experience will strengthen the resources of the Nexus Technical Support Team and give him the opportunity to work on a diverse range of client projects. In his spare time, Paul is kept busy by his young family, and enjoys football and rugby.

Matt Baker - Sales & Marketing Consultant
Originally from Camberley in Surrey, Matt is a graduate from Bournemouth University, where he gained a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Decision Information Systems. His degree focused on how IT systems can improve efficiencies for businesses. Since graduating Matt has put his skills into practice in the IT industry working for Dell, Oracle, Intel and more recently, a local software reseller. Matt joins Nexus to further develop and apply his skills in sales and marketing.

Paul Knab - Training Manager
Paul brings a wealth of experience from the ICT Training industry. His career started in 1991 as an IT Training Customer Liaison Officer for BriTech Computer Training in Camberley, Surrey, who later became part of Parity Training. Paul then moved to one of the Top 50 IT Training companies in the UK, Key Training Solutions, where he became a Major Account Manager working with companies such as Procter & Gamble, Hitachi and William Mercer.
In 1997 Paul moved to the South West with his family, taking a position in Exeter as Senior Account Manager with ExecuTrain South West, a franchise of the largest network of IT Training companies worldwide. Paul was instrumental in the growth of ExecuTrain South West, by developing and managing a diverse client base. Paul's role later evolved into Major Account Manager looking after the larger Enterprise sized businesses and Public Sector organisations. He was also responsible for the day to day management of the Exeter training centre.
The new role of Training Manager at Nexus provides Paul with an ideal opportunity to enhance the ICT solutions Nexus supplies to its clients. With a dedicated training suite and highly experienced trainers, Nexus can now supply a wide range of ICT related training courses for end users and technical personnel.
