Paul brings a wealth of experience from the ICT training industry. His career started in 1991 as an IT Training Customer Liaison Officer for BriTech Computer Training in Camberley, Surrey, who later became part of Parity Training. Paul then moved to one of the top 50 IT Training companies in the UK, Key Training Solutions, where he became a Major Account Manager working with companies such as Procter & Gamble, Hitachi and William Mercer.

In 1997 Paul moved to the South West with his family, taking a position in Exeter as Senior Account Manager with ExecuTrain South West, a franchise of the largest network of IT Training companies worldwide. Paul was instrumental in the growth of ExecuTrain South West by developing and managing a diverse client base. Paul's role later evolved into Major Account Manager looking after the larger Enterprise sized businesses and Public Sector organisations, and was also responsible for the day to day management of the Exeter training centre.
