Further Expansion for Nexus

Nexus Open Systems and Nexus Open Software are pleased to welcome four new members to the team in May and June. The new positions have been created to meet continued customer demand and to ensure we maintain our high levels of service.

    

Nick Bateman - Senior Project Manager

Nick started in the IT industry back in 1995 after making a major career change from a European Sales role. Nick has worked on many large ICT projects including a large number of MOD based contracts. He has gained broad project management experience with Panasonic UK, The Inland Revenue and Warsaw Tech. Nick holds NT4/2000/2003 MCSEs and is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer who has also delivered structured training to organisations including MSN UK, Microsoft UK, the MOD and many SME's.

  

 

Chris Frankum - Software Developer & Project Manager

Chris has worked in the ICT industry for nearly 18 years with a career spanning Operations to Software Development and Project Management. He spent many years in the financial services market developing and implementing financial software systems.  His latest skills focus on developing software using Microsoft .NET v2.0 technology and assisting with customer deployment programmes for Nexus Software products.

 

Ian Cadwallader - Technical Sales Consultant

Ian started in the ICT industry in 1997 working for a large Systems Integrator based in London. The company specialised in Citrix solutions and associated Server hardware. He gained Compaq accreditation in 1998 and later Microsoft Windows SBS 2000 accreditation. Ian spent over 7 years working in London gaining valuable experience with specific vertical industries including; Oil exploration, fund management and investment banks. More recently Ian and his partner moved to Exeter where he started work with EDS as a contractor for technical support services and was later employed by the CMT Group as a client relations manager.





Alison Savage - Administrator

Alison has recently moved from Wells, Somerset where she spent the last 7 years running a company that makes natural bath and beauty products for retail and spas all over the world. She has a wealth of experience and has held several administration roles working for a Charities Aid Foundation and an Executive Recruitment company in London. Alison has moved to Exeter to live nearer to her family and the seaside.
