Exciting New Roadmap for Nexus Software Products
Nexus Open Software has worked closely with its customers and user groups this summer to publish exciting new development roadmaps for its MiCore Portal Engine and MiSupport Helpdesk software.
The roadmaps are the result of some great collaborative decision making between users and the Nexus Software Development Team. They outline the most requested features and enhancements to each software product and provide a guide to the next version of each application.
MiCore is the most cost effective Intranet, Extranet and Web Portal solution for small to medium sized businesses. Some of the exciting new features scheduled for the next release of MiCore include:
- Microsoft Office integration
- Daily "Portal Update" email to users
- Enhanced image bank and galleries
- "Visitor" access
MiSupport Helpdesk Software is a fully featured incident logging a tracking system. The following great new features are scheduled to be included in the next release of MiSupport:
- Enhanced asset register and incident searching
- New reports to incorporate a visual traffic lighting system for KPI analysis
- Increased call handling features and flexibility
- User specific custom data fields
- Increased administration functionality
MiCRM Marketing Software v1.8
The Nexus Software Development Team has also been busy finalising the latest version of its MiCRM Marketing Software. The software was recently released to customers and incorporates a host of new features to help boost sales and marketing performance.
