Using the site is made easy by clicking on one of the main department icons and selecting a category from the list. Browsing through the list of products and clicking on the product code you will be shown more information about that product.
From the list of products find the one you want to order and add the product to your shopping basket by clicking on the "Buy" button or you can see more information by clicking on the product code.
When you have finished choosing your goods you will be shown a summary of your shopping basket. At this point you are able to change the quantity or delete an item from the basket. Pressing the "Recalculate" button will show a summary of goods with totals.
Paying for your order is easy by clicking on the ?Pay Now? button. New online customers will be asked to fill in an account form. When these details have been completed please ensure that the invoice and delivery details are correct.
- If you are an Existing Customer, simply enter your Login Name and Password and click on the "Enter" button to move on to Step 2.
- If you are a New Customer, enter your details and click on the "Next" button. You will be informed of your login name and asked to provide a password.
- Click on the "Enter" button to move on to Step 2.
- Step 2 - Check the Delivery Address information and select Delivery and Payment Methods from the available options* and click on the "Next" button.
- Step 3 - Check your invoice to ensure that it is correct and then press the "Place Order" button. You will now see your order number on the screen. Please take note of it and write it down somewhere safe - Continue shopping or pay now.
* Nexus Open Systems only accept orders from the HP Web Store on Credit Account. If you are NOT a Nexus customer please visit the HP Web Store and complete the Credit Application Form to buy online.
