Nexus Retained Technical Services (RTS) provides a cost effective "pay as you go" solution for ICT labour services and technical support. Over 750 organisations throughout the UK use Nexus RTS for IT installations, support, maintenance, training or website and software development.
Time is purchased in one day (8 hour) blocks and may be called off in 15 minute increments. RTS packages do NOT expire and discounts apply to bulk purchases. You can purchase RTS with guaranteed technical response levels of 4-hour and 8-hour or Pre-Planned with no guaranteed response time. Alternatively, RTS can be redeemed for Nexus Learning Credits to pre-pay ICT training courses or exam fees.
