Lawyers at Work (LAW) is a Yeovil based legal firm who specialise in employment law.
In 2006 Nexus were selected to work closely with the practice to manage their day to day IT needs. Nexus engineers have helped plan, deploy and support many different IT projects for the practice including:
- Full network health check and IT strategy review
- Implementation of Nexus Network Monitoring solution (NETmon)
- Infrastructure upgrade to Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and Exchange 2003
- Desktop upgrade to Windows XP and Office 2003
- Implementation of new hardware platform for Axxia Case Management software
- Provision of weekly, online systems health checks
- Ongoing support services through Nexus Telephone Helpdesk and Retained Technical Services (RTS)
