Armada Finance specialise in making Asset Finance simple for their UK client base, helping fund all types of equipment for all market sectors. Handling contracts up to £250K in value, they pride themselves in taking the time to understand their prospective clients and provide the support they require to succeed. Armada Finance has always built strong relationships with their clients and suppliers; Nexus have enjoyed working closely with the business for many years as their IT systems integration partner.
To support its core administrative activities and business communication, Armada Finance has a number of IT based systems. This summer it became necessary to replace and upgrade their computer network infrastructure, Armada Finance approached Nexus safe in the knowledge that the project would be professionally handled from concept to sign off, and delivered on time with minimum disruption to the business.
Nexus helped plan the upgrade and managed the following implementation project:
- Build and configuration of Dell PowerEdge R510 server
- Windows server 2008 R2 installation
- Exchange Server 2010 installation
- Data and user migration to the new infrastructure
- Project delivered out-of-hours to avoid downtime
Planning this upgrade project out of office hours minimised the disruption to the business, the Nexus engineers successfully delivered this project on time and without issue.
